These terms and conditions govern all sales, deliveries and commercial relations between Kabir-BNL and its business customers.


1.  Scope

These terms apply to all B2B transactions made via:

  • Our website: www.kabir-bnl.com
  • Email or phone communications
  • Agreements made in person

These conditions exclude private consumers and apply only to professional buyers (resellers, wholesalers, professionals in the food sector, etc.).


3. Products and Availability

Kabir-BNL offers a range of halal-certified food products, including:

  • Cooking Oils
  • Snacks and pastries
  • TEAZEN (exclusive distributor in Europe.)

All descriptions, specifications, images and prices are for reference only and are not contractual.

We reserve the right to change availability or withdraw products without notice.


4. Orders and quotes

  • Orders must be placed via the website, by email or by contacting our sales team.
  • Prices are quoted in euros (€), excluding VAT and delivery costs, unless otherwise stated.
  • A request for quotation process is available for large volumes or specific requests.
  • Minimum quantities may be required for bulk purchases.

Kabir-BNL reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at its sole discretion.


5. Rates and Payment Terms

  • Prices can be changed depending on the cost of raw materials and market fluctuations.
  • The terms of payment must be agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods:

               - Bank transfer

               - Prepayment

  • Orders are only processed after receipt of payment or a signed confirmation (for invoiced customers).

Late payment interest may apply in accordance with Belgian law.


6.Delivery and Shipping

  • Deliveries are made via trusted logistics partners in Europe.
  • Delivery times depend on the destination and available stocks.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on volume, weight and destination.
  • The risk is transferred to the buyer as soon as the goods leave our warehouse.

Kabir-BNL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.


7. Product Compliance and Certification

All products are:

  • 100% Halal certified by recognized organizations
  • Compliant with European food safety standards
  • Traceable, with documentation available on request (halal certificates, origin, ingredients)

Customers can request copies of the certificates during the purchase process.


8. Returns and Complaints

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Returns are only accepted in the event of damaged, incorrect or defective merchandise.
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
  • Kabir-BNL will evaluate each case and may, at its discretion, offer a refund, credit note or replacement.

No returns are accepted for expired products, except in the event of an error in our supply chain.


9. Limitation of Liability

Kabir-BNL cannot be held responsible for:

  • Loss of turnover or profits
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Delays due to customs, transport disruptions or third-party defaults

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods invoiced.


10. Intellectual property

All brand names, logos, content and product images on our website or in our marketing materials are the property of Kabir-BNL or the respective rights holders.

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


11. Confidentiality

All quotes, product information or commercial conditions communicated by Kabir-BNL are confidential and intended only for the recipient.

It is forbidden to share them with third parties without prior written permission.


12. Data protection

All personal and business data is processed in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and all sales contracts are governed by Belgian law, with exclusive jurisdiction assigned to the courts of Antwerp, unless otherwise agreed between the parties


14. Amendments

  • Kabir-BNL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes before they come into effect.
  • The current version will still be available at: www.kabir-bnl.com
